Refund Policy

1. General Guidelines:

  • Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, if you need to make a return or exchange, here's what you need to know .

2. Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

3. Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Intimate apparel such as lingerie and swimwear for hygienic reasons.

4. Refunds (if applicable):

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a 10 to 15 days.

5. Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
  • Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Sale items (if applicable):

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

7. Exchanges (if applicable):

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@glamarel.com and send your item to the return address provided.
